We deliver certified, compliant, and on-site destruction services using specialised, state-of-the-art destruction trucks and equipment designed for global data centres and enterprise customers.

As we scale our operations across India, we are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate market growth and build strong relationships with enterprise clients, hyperscale data centres, and global corporations.

Role Overview

  • Conduct client presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations (including destruction truck demos).

  • Ensure each project meets compliance, certification, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Support documentation, work orders, reporting, and client follow-ups.

Brand & Outreach

  • Represent DSG at industry events, technology conferences, partner sessions, and networking forums.
  • Work with marketing to develop local campaigns, case studies, and thought leadership.

Requirements

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or IT services.
  • Experience in ITAD, data centre services, cyber security, information security, enterprise hardware, or technology lifecycle management is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and closing large enterprise deals.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them simply.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management ability.
  • Strong understanding of Indian data protection laws (DPDP) and global compliance frameworks is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (not mandatory)
